How long does a typical Shopify implementation take?
Most go-lives complete within two to four weeks. The primary variable is the complexity of your NetSuite instance — custom fields, subsidiaries, multi-location, and multi-currency setups add time. Our onboarding team owns all field mapping and configuration.
Can In8Sync DirectConnect map to custom fields and custom records in NetSuite?

What happens if Shopify has downtime or is temporarily unreachable?
In8Sync DirectConnect includes a built-in retry queue. If Shopify is unavailable, the connector holds the event and retries on an exponential backoff schedule. No records are lost — all events post once connectivity is restored, in order.

Yes. In8Sync DirectConnect supports Shopify Plus accounts including B2B features and draft orders, as well as multi-store deployments. Each store is configured independently inside NetSuite, with separate field mappings per instance.
